Return Policy
Please notify us within 14 days of receipt of your order if you need to return or exchange your order. Returned product is expected to be in new condition for a 100% credit to your account or credit card. Just as you expect a quality product to be delivered to you, we expect the same quality product returned. Items that are returned damaged are not eligible for a full 100% credit to your account or credit card and will be adjusted accordingly. Please package the product properly to prevent shipping damage. You are responsible for return shipping costs and any loss or damage during return shipping.
Return Procedure
1. Email us at goldenhammerwoodshop@outlook.com to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA).
2. Print off or write down the RA number and include it inside the package with the item you are returning.
3. Ship the package with the RA number on the label to:

Damaged Orders
It is necessary to open and inspect shipments upon arrival.
Any damage from shipping, including concealed damage, must be reported to us with pictures via email to goldenhammerwoodshop@outlook.com within 2 business days of receiving your product in order for a shipping claim to be processed.
